This full-day, in-person workshop is designed specifically for frontline workers, offering an interactive and practical experience.
In this workshop, you'll engage in hands-on activities and discussions that delve into the realities of stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. We'll explore strategies to enhance your mental resilience and create sustainable practices in your daily work. With a focus on real-world application, you'll leave with a toolkit of practical skills and approaches to maintain your well-being while continuing to provide compassionate care.

This workshop is paid for by Community Capacity Building Training (CCBT) of Ottawa, Ontario.
Only members of the CCBT are eligible to register. Members are frontline workers in Ottawa (or students in practicum) of specific local agencies providing housing services such as shelters, community centres and housing providers.
