About the Event

Frontline work is both rewarding and demanding, requiring a deep commitment to helping others. To sustain this meaningful work, it's essential to build resilience and safeguard your well-being. This full-day, in-person workshop is designed specifically for frontline workers, offering an interactive and practical experience.

In this workshop, you'll engage in hands-on activities and discussions that delve into the realities of stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. We'll explore strategies to enhance your mental resilience and create sustainable practices in your daily work. With a focus on real-world application, you'll leave with a toolkit of practical skills and approaches to maintain your well-being while continuing to provide compassionate care.

Join us for a day of learning, self-reflection, and connection with fellow professionals. We will make sure to provide and  ensure a comfortable and nourishing environment as we work together to cultivate resilience and well-being in our work.
